Telugu States Top the South in ‘Real’ Income

Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are in the first two positions for the income through Registrations. Telangana is at the top with an impressive growth rate of 31.21% followed by Andhra Pradesh which registered 12.27%. Kerala is in the third position with a distant 3.57% growth rate. This is when we consider the income in the first six months of this fiscal.

The Districts Reorganization ensured a Real Boom in all the districts of Telangana and that ensured a huge number of transactions. The Amaravati Real Estate even though slowed down a bit in the recent times, still put up big show for Andhra Pradesh. Telangana registered 1935.3 Crore income in Stamps and Registrations Department.

The Income same time last year is 1475 Crore. The Targeted income for the year is 4291.99 Crore and Telangana already managed 45% of the target in the first six month. Interestingly, Medak and Mahabubnagar in the first two positions in the growth rate followed by Rangareddy. This clearly shows the impact of the districts reorganization.
