Tenders Floated for New Master Developer

AP CRDA has floated Tenders for a New Master Developer for the Government Complex and Iconic Buildings in Amaravati. It is known that the government had already scrapped the previous designs put up by Maaki Associates after bad feedback from the people.

The Developer will have to ready the Master Plan for Government Complex which will come up in 900 acres and designs of the iconic buildings. The Tenders will be accepted from October 26th to November 16th at 3PM. Last time, the government has arranged a competition between the companies but this time, it is going to be open bids.

The Assembly Building will have 3.35 Lakh Square Feet workspace while High Court Building will have 6 Lakh Square Feet Work Space. On the other side, Union Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley will lay the foundation stone for the Government Complex tomorrow. He will also lay the foundation stone for the Reserve Bank of India office building in Amaravati.
