The Plight of Congress in Telugu States!

Congress Party is diminished to its lowest tally ever in the history both at the center and in the state. With the Telangana issue, Congress was reduced to an absolute ZERO in Andhra Pradesh while in Telangana, it just managed a handful. With the decrease of the seats, the relevance of the party also got decreased in both the states. Both the ruling parties have stopped caring them or their criticism.

What is more painful is media sources have stopped giving enough coverage to the party which will bring them a question of existence if the trend continues. Experts say both the Telugu states have weak leadership for Congress who can not command the party men as well as derive respect from people. So, the media has started neglecting them too. The in-fights between the party leaders is getting more coverage in Telangana while in Andhra, there are no leaders even to fight. The fact that the party has no representation in AP Assembly will itself hamper all its chances to work towards redemption.
