In a Democracy and a Developing Economy with Huge Population like India, there is no Government which will have a honeymoon forever. People tend to scrutinize the Governments and will get angry now or then. This is the case with the Telangana Rastra Samithi as well and the Corona Crisis has triggered it.

After a Heroic-display of braving the Contagious virus, CM KCR’s lengthy speeches were just confined to words. The case is alarmingly low in testing which is vital to ensure the maximum benefit of the Lockdown. Telangana’s testing is the lowest in South India.

It has just tested around 22K samples while the neighboring Andhra Pradesh has claimed to have tested about Two Lakh Samples. This is dangerous for the state at this moment when several Lockdown norms are being relaxed. On the other side, in this Crisis, CM KCR brought the issue of Water Wars with Andhra Pradesh.

He conducted a Review Meeting on a proposed Lift Irrigation Project of Andhra Pradesh and instructed the officials to approach the Supreme Court to stall it. Political Analysts say that this is KCR-mark diversion tactics to shift the Public Focus from Corona failure to the Rivalry with Andhra Pradesh.

KCR has been silencing the issue by overpowering the media personnel in press meets with his oratory skills. But then, the Telangana Chief Minister should realize that this is the issue of Public Lives and Safety and nothing could save him if this Crisis is not rightly handled.
