Training in Singapore on Capital Construction!

Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to send thirty of its crucial Town Planning officials to Singapore to get trained in the various aspects of the Capital construction. The training there will go on for 10 days and will begin some time in the next month. Chandrababu Naidu has instructed to select only those employees who have a minimum of 4 years service left since the capital construction is expected to go on for 4 years.

It is known that Ku Teng Chai – the key strategist in Singapore Planning and Development department and Executive Director of Center for Livable cities (CLC) is added to the capital advisory committee. He will touring the capital region from 9th December and will prepare a report regarding the opportunities here.

Singapore government will decide its participation based on the report. AP government will not call for tenders of the participation works of Singapore and will operate them on Government-Government basis. It is also said that Chandrababu is looking to strike a similar deal with Japan government in his ongoing tour.
