TRS and BJP: A Relation Blooms Without The Foundation of Trust

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had extended help to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao in ensuring elections to the state in November along with the three other states. Even though Election Commission is mandated to hold the elections, Center will definitely influence the decision to some extent.

Modi had also signed the New Zones File of Telangana which will allow KCR to give Employment Notifications before dissolving the Assembly. That will cater to the needs of the Youth as well. Even though the file was pending with the center for a long time, it was now cleared as the mark of the new friendship blooming.

But then, this relation does not have the foundation of trust from both the sides. KCR had accepted to co-operate with BJP in Parliament elections and later if necessary. But then, Modi will have his doubts given that KCR has the history of dumping Congress just after the Bifurcation.

At the same time, KCR also has the doubts regarding what happens after he dissolves the Assembly. But he has decided to take the gamble, for now, hoping that BJP will not be extra smart like how it was with Telugu Desam after 2014 elections. Let us see how this relationship progresses in the future.
