TRS swimming upstream in Warangal?

Telangana is ranked second in the country over the suicides of farmers in the country. There is no single day passing with out any farmer committing a suicide in the state but the ruling party is still acting blind to the issue. Telangana legislators who are campaigning for the party in Warangal by-elections are facing the brunt of the angry farmers.

People are not allowing them in to villages citing that they did nothing to change their lives after coming to power. Cotton farmers are more in Warangal and they are seething with anger on the ruling party for not ensuring Minimum Support Price for their crops.

TRS leaders are trying to brush this issue under carpet by terming the Public angry as publicity stunt by the opposition parties. Harishrao went on a step ahead and said Congress joined hands with Andhra Jyothy and is trying to mud sling on the government with paid artistes. We will have to see if this will affect the party in the by-election.
