T-Polls: Sharmila, Vijayamma Lock Constituencies

The Telangana elections are to be held in under 50 days from now and the stakes are exceptionally high on the same. BRS, Congress, and BJP are preparing the ground for the same.

In this context, the latest reports suggest that the YS family is also setting the stage for the election.

Sharmila tried her best to put together and alliance with the Congress party but this move fell through for logistical reasons.

Now, Sharmila and Vijayamma are reportedly preparing for the election battle and have even locked their constituencies, it seems.

Sharmila is to contest from Paderu constituency in the coming election. She is also likely to contest from Miryalaguda constituency as a second gasp.

As for Vijayamma, she is to contest from Secunderabad constituency, say reports. This will be her first stint in Telangana politics, say reports.

Sharmila has called for a meeting with the YSRTP troops tomorrow and more details about the candidature will be out in the next few hours.
