Undavalli’s Urgent Hearing Application In Supreme Court

Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar once again made sensational remarks on AP bifurcation, He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi had twice commented saying that Parliament has witnessed the injustice done to Andhra Pradesh. Arun Kumar recalled that while removing the special status for Jammu and Kashmir, Modi later in the 2022 budget session referred to the day of AP partition as Black Day.

Arun Kumar spoke to the media on Friday to this effect. Arun Kumar pointed out that he also added additional documents about Modi and Amit Shah‘s comments on AP Bifurcation as evidence to his case filed in 2013. He also filed an urgent hearing petition in the Supreme Court today.

The petition filed by Undavalli came to hearing once and was posted to August 2014. Both the Union and State Governments have not filed affidavits in this case and the hearings are being delayed. Jagan did not even respond to my letter about this matter Undavalli says.

It’s been eight years since the bifurcation, one would wonder what happens in this case even if Undavalli is proven right about the faulty bifurcation.
