Undavalli Helped Sharmila With Critical Info

APCC president Sharmila has been constantly criticising AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and the state Additional Advocate General (AAG) Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy for allegedly naming YS Rajashekar Reddy’s name in the CBI charge sheet.

She asserted that it was Jagan who wanted to include their father YS Rajashekar Reddy’s name in the CBI charge sheet.

Speaking at Kadapa today, Sharmila alleged that Jagan wanted to include YSR’s name in the CBI charge sheet to get saved in the case. For the same, he sought help from Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy.

She stated that both of them tried to include YSR’s name in the charge sheet by filing petitions in CBI court, High Court and even Supreme Court.

According to Sharmila, during a recent encounter with Undavalli Arun Kumar, he also affirmed Jagan’s role in the matter. She further disclosed that Undavalli informed her about Sudhakar’s efforts to incorporate YSR’s name in the CBI charge sheet by going to the three courts.

Sharmila asserted that in exchange for facilitating the inclusion of YSR’s name in the charge sheet, Jagan appointed him as Additional Advocate General within a week of assuming the Chief Ministerial role.
