Under Pressure Sujana says he is not at wrong

Union Minister from TDP, Sujana Chowdary defended his stance in the ongoing Bank Loan default case. The Minister was served as Non-Bailable Warrant after he continued to evade the court proceedings. Sujana Chowdary clarified that he or his company did not take any loan from the Mauritius Bank but only stood as a guarantor for another company’s loan.

Sujana also reminded the media that he is just the founder of the company and holds less than 1% shares in the company that took the loan. He also told the media that he on the advice of his lawyers only asked the court from personal exemption. The next hearing of the case is posted to 26th of this month.

The court instructed the Police to arrest him and make him appear before them for the next hearing. Sujana is likely to attend the hearing now. On the other side, TDP is under pressure not to renew his Rajya Sabha membership as it is expiring very soon amid all these controversies.
