Union Minister Gets Shock in AP

Union Minister Piyush Goyal is in Puttaparthi, Anantapur to attend Satya Sai International Youth fest. He was to fly to Bengaluru after the fest and even booked a Special Chopper to take him. However Piyush got the shock of his life when the local airport authorities refused permission for his chopper.

The authorities have refused permission that the permission for the chopper should be applied before 24 hours. Piyush however did not throw any tantrums and took to Bengaluru journey, by road. It is heartening to see Piyush did not try to use his influence to pressurise the authorities to get the permission.

Interestingly, in the same Rayalaseema, we have seen a YSR Congress MP manhandling an Air India official for not allowing his men in to the flight after the boarding time.
