Vijayawada Turns Yellow for the Last Mahanadu Before Elections

Telugu Desam Party’s Annual Conclave Mahanadu has started in Vijayawada a little while ago. This Conclave will go on for three days and is the last Mahanadu before the Assembly and General Elections the next year, so the party has taken it very prestigiously.

A huge congregation of the party workers and leaders have descended to Vijayawada to attend the event. This is the first time Vijayawada is hosting Mahanadu after the State Bifurcation. Vijayawada has hosted Mahanadu three times previously in 1983, 1988, and 2000.

All the roads leading to Vijayawada are choked as TDP has resorted to the display of strength using this event. Supremo Chandrababu Naidu will be blowing the conch for the next elections from this dais and the injustice to Andhra Pradesh by the Central Government will be the key agenda.

The Party will also condemn the Unfair Terms of Reference of the 15th Finance Commission which will keep the Southern States at disadvantage. For the first time, TDP has canceled the necessity of Passes to attended Mahanadu. All those possessing the Party Membership Card can attend the event. Those who do not have one, can apply instantly and attend the Mega Conclave.
