Why Did Jagan Cancel His London Trip?

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy planned a trip to Europe to visit his daughters who are studying there. Days before the trip, there were reports that Jagan canceled his trip in the wake of YS Bhaskar Reddy’s arrest.

Later, the High Court intervened and allowed temporary relief to MP Avinash Reddy from the arrest.

A relieved Jagan Mohan Reddy’s lawyers put a petition in the Nampally CBI Court for the Europe Tour.

The CBI Court allowed Jagan’s Europe tour from April 21st to 29th but asked to furnish the entire tour schedule and contact phone numbers and email ids.

We do not know what happened but Jagan canceled the Europe trip again.

There are rumors in the political circles that YS Sunitha’s appeal to the Supreme Court may have prompted Jagan to cancel the Europe trip.

In between, Chief Secretary Jawahar Reddy announced that the CM will visit Delhi. Even that trip got canceled.

Elections in Andhra Pradesh are just an year away, it looks like nothing is going Jagan Mohan Reddy’s way especially with the noose tightening over Avinash Reddy’s neck in Viveka’s case.
