Why isn’t Modi forgetting Rajnikanth?

It was a well known thing that PM Narendra Singh Modi is interested to welcome superstar Rajnikanth into BJP. His pre-election stunt paying personal visit to superstar’s house and BJP sources expecting to expand their party strength in the Southern States like Tamil Nadu has a lot to speak on Modi’s interest on Rajnikanth.

Nevertheless, Rajnikanth didn’t show the slightest inclination towards joining BJP or accepting Modi’s offer. If BJP wants to become strong, the one attraction it isn’t able to overcome is that of the superstar. Political observers strongly believe that BJP wants to lure in Rajni for the sake of their expansion policy. Rajni seems to be their ray of hope.

The latest, the Prime Minister himself tweeted birthday wishes to the superstar. The tweet goes like this : “On his birthday, I extend greetings to the legendary Rajinikanth ji. May he remain in the best of health and have a long life. @superstarrajini”. Besides this English tweet, another greeting in Tamil also appeared in Tamil which once again gives away Modi’s interest in the superstar.
