Will KCR Take That Risk with Center?

The division of High Court all of sudden became a contentious issue and the entire judicial system of the state is on roads protesting against the common high court. According to AP Reorganization Act, the existing high court will continue to be the common high court of both the Telugu States.

The current high court will belong to Telangana only after AP government builds a high court for itself. However Andhra Pradesh government seem to be in no position to build the high court on immediate basis as it is the center which should fund the construction of all government buildings coming up in Amaravati.

Some say KCR if wants to have the high court division immediately, should fund the construction of the high court in Amaravati and should get back the money from Center after it releases. That will mean that Telangana should also wait endlessly for the release of funds from Center like the case of AP.
