Will Loan Waiver Bring Naidu Back to Power?

Andhra Pradesh Government is gearing up to finish the Loan Waiver Promise given to the farmers. Ahead of the 2019 elections, TDP government is planning to deposit the last two installments of the Loan Waiver in the accounts at a time.

It will be executed in phases. Farmers who are eligible only for 75000 Loan Waiver will have the remaining two installments deposited first. Next, the farmers with One Lakh Loan Waiver will get their money and the rest in the third phase.

To make this happen, the government needs 8200 Crore more. The government has already allocated 4100 Crore in the budget and will need another 4100 Crore now. The entire exercise will be completed by December or January. This will help TDP electorally Chandrababu opines.
