Will Pawan Kalyan’s Damage Control Work?

Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan who announced shifting of his vote to Eluru, clearly indicated that he is not interested in Telangana Politics anymore like the other Parties TDP and YSR Congress. There are several analyses about if this decision is right or wrong. Some said he let go a decent chance in Telangana where he can be influential if not a winner.

Pawan Kalyan seems to have realized it late and started damage control. Jana Sena announce the appointment of Party’s Telangana Incharge, Media Head and Telangana Party Affairs Coordinator. It is an indication that Jana Sena did not let go its chance in Telangana and is also serious about the newest state of the country.

Pawan Kalyan also seems to have his own social classification in choosing a Reddy and Gowda for Telangana, two influential castes in the state. But then both of them are coming from the fresh political backdrop. It has to be seen if this appointment means giving free hand to them to go into the people independently or confine to Political Guest Entries like Pawan Kalyan.

If Pawan Kalyan wants to do the damage control perfectly, he should have announced the Coordinator and Incharge for Andhra Pradesh as well. Since he did not do that, it will usually give a feel that he is going to lead the Andhra Pradesh wing himself and again there is a scope for indications that he is only serious about Andhra Politics.
