Will Pawan Kalyan Repeat Chiranjeevi’s Mistake?

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan is still silent about the possible alliances for 2019 Elections. YSRCP Former MP Vara Prasad went on to say Pawan Kalyan may back their party this time but Pawan Kalyan did not condemn or support it directly.

On the other side, Pawan Kalyan himself announced that the common program of Janasena and Communist Parties will be ready in three months but did not commit about a possible alliance with them in the next elections much to the disappointment of the Red Parties.

The decision needs an accurate assessment of Janasena’s Strength. It is more or less clear that Janasena has some Vote Bank on its side but there are doubts if that will be enough to convert into seats. So, the alliance is needed for Janasena.

But then, Pawan Kalyan needs to assess his party situation correctly. Any over-confidence will mean that he will be at most a spoiler for TDP or YSR Congress. Praja Rajyam has committed the same mistake of over-estimating itself and contesting alone. What happened is known to all and should be a lesson to Pawan Kalyan as well.
