Will Supreme Solve TS Judicial Deadlock?

From the past one week, the judiciary in Telangana came to a sudden still with many judges and other judicial staffs coming on roads. After a lot of stalemate and the Telangana government doing nothing to restore normalcy, finally Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court got himself in to the issue.

He asked the JAC of Telangana Judicial officers to come and meet him in Delhi on Sunday at 10.45 AM. JAC is gearing up to bring their objections over the appointment of Andhra native officers and judges in Hyderabad high court. They will demand immediate separation of high court between both the Telugu states.

According to Andhra Pradesh Reorganisatio Act, Hyderabad High court will be the high court of both the Telugu states until Andhra Pradesh has got a new one. Earlier the high court did not even allow a temporary high court for AP and clarified that the division will take place only after a permanent high court is constructed in AP.
