Will Sunitha Bring Viveka Topic Before Polls?

Andhra Pradesh elections are not too far from now and in this context, there is an interesting development in Kadapa politics as YS Sharmila met Sunitha today. This meeting has rattled YCP troops as they weren’t expecting two members of the YS family standing against Jagan ahead of the polls.

In view of this meeting between YS Sunitha and Sharmila, a new doubt has been raised by YCP troops. There is a sense of uncertainty on whether if Sunitha will bring Viveka’s topic ahead of the polls.

YCP’s Avinash Reddy and his father Bhaskar Reddy have been accused by the CBI in the Viveka murder case. If Viveka’s daughter Sunitha brings this topic and politically campaigns against YCP, it could lead to a serious problem for the Jagan-led party, particularly in his stronghold, Kadapa district.

Political observers are commenting that if Sunitha comes with Viveka murder narrative ahead of polls, there is a chance that the sympathy factor might also work in her favor. This is catching the attention in the wake of the rumors that Sunitha might be contesting on Congress ticket in the leadership of Sharmila in the election.

We should wait and see if Sunitha will actually decide to take on Jagan and other YCP troops on the political front. Having two YS family ladies in Sharmila and Sunitha fight against him certainly won’t bode well for Jagan, opine observers.
