Getting into the details, the 23-year-old Shibani from Mumbai has been returning home from a birthday party and ran out of cash to pay the rickshaw guy. That is when she got down near the ATM to withdraw some money.
Looking at Shibani arguing with rickshaw wala, this guy Kumbharkar offered her to pay off the money which she refused and got into the ATM to draw the cash. Kumbhakar then entered the ATM and literally flashed her showing his hard thing as he unzipped his denim.
Well, the girl went out and having noticed police out came back to ATM and the guy comes again this time started to touch her on thighs and shoulders.
Shibani took her phone and started to shoot him flashing her and that is when he ran away from the sight. Police caught him and an FIR has been filed against him who was giving an excuse that he was drunk to have behaved so. Shibani posted her video with the long description of what happened and many responded in support to her even sharing their flashing experiences.
