Yanamala Sent in as a Trouble Shooter

TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu has deployed his loyalist Yanamala Ramakrishnudu to firefight the groupism plaguing Greater Vishakapatnam TDP. Vizag is going for MLC elections and it will be followed by Greater Municipal Corporation Elections. Even though, YSR Congress is not strong here, the groups within TDP are threatening the party chances.

Yanamala will be assisted by another minister, Kollu Ravindra. Yanamala will be deciding the candidate for the MLC elections and the candidates for GVMC elections. The TDP strongman has the responsibility to unite all the groups and help them sail through the elections comfortably. One more challenge for TDP here is to strike balance with alliance partner BJP.

BJP is over ambitious here thinking that it managed to giant kill YSR Congress in the last elections. It is known to our readers that BJP State President Kambhampati Haribabu defeated YSR Congress Honourary President, YS Vijayamma in 2014 elections. BJP is demanding Mayor post for it in this elections.
