Yanamala Vs Chandrababu?

Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu is one of the senior most leader and Minister in Chandrababu Naidu’s cabinet. He is also known as Naidu’s loyalist but still he does not mind taking on the Chief Minister when it comes to the financial health of the state. Chandrababu Naidu is extending concessions and exemptions to industries, businessmen and others worth thousands of crores of rupees.

This is a bid to increase the industrialization in the state but then or every concession or exemption proposed by the state government, there is a negative impact on the state exchequer which is already reeling under severe financial pressure. So, the Finance department has been making negative comments on the files.

Finance department is objecting to the granting concessions and exemptions like VAT, power tariff and others keeping in view the financial position of the state exchequer. But the Chief Minister has no way out. The Chief Minister is planning to amend the business roles so that any file related to concessions and exemptions need not to be send to the Finance department for approval.
