Youth circulate MMS on Social Media after Gang rape

A horrific incident happened in New Mandi areas of Uttar Pradesh, four youths have abducted a 17 years old girl, they gang-raped her and made an MMS of their heinous crime and then circulated it on social media. The incident happened last week and it came to light after the victim’s family lodged a Police complaint.

The victim initially was silent as they threatened to kill her if she disclosed the matter to anyone but then with the MMS all over social media, victim’s family reached out to police. The victim is sent for medical examination and will be made to appear in a court for recording her statement under section 164 CrPC.

The four accused – Sidharth, Ankit, Monti, and Atul Kumar have been absconding. The incident became a sensation of sort in New Mandi area.
