YS Avinash Approaches Court For No-Arrest Order

YCP Kadapa MP and a close pal of CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy – YS Avinash Reddy is under the pump now in connection with YS Viveka murder case that is being investigated by the CBI.

In this context, Avinash was already called for the investigation twice by the CBI. In the charge sheet filed by the CBI, it is clearly mentioned that Avinash and his father Bhaskar Reddy are the two perpetrators in the case.

Now, coming to the point, Avinash has filed a new petition in the Telangana high court.

In connection with the CBI notices, Avinash has approached the High Court to pass orders to the CBI not to arrest him. He mentioned that the CBI gave him 160 CRPC notices and he requested the court to issue no-arrest orders to the CBI.

Avinash went on to request the court to permit audio and video recording of the investigation and also permit his lawyer’s presence at the same.

Incidentally, the CBI has called Avinash and his father Bhaskar Reddy for investigation on the 12th of this month. In this context, Avinash’s request to the Telangana High Court has become a hot topic.
