Avinash Reddy Gets Anticipatory Bail With Favorable Terms

Telangana High Court pronounced the verdict in Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy’s anticipatory bail petition. The court granted bail for the MP asking him to cooperate with the CBI and not to leave the country without permission.

The court asked the MP to attend for the CBI questioning every Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM. In case he is arrested, the court directed the CBI to release him with a surety bond of Five Lakh Rupees.

It has asked the CBI to seek bail cancellation in case the MP violates the anticipatory bail terms.

The court also directed the High Court Registry to furnish videos pertaining to the debates of ABN and Mahaa News casting aspirations to the court. The court will move contempt of the court proceedings against the two channels.
