YS Avinash Reddy Should Go To CBI Daily: HC

It is known that YS Viveka murder case has come back to haunt YS Avinash Reddy in ways he wasn’t expecting. With his father Bhaskar Reddy getting arrested, Avinash who is also a primary accused in the case has filed for anticipatory bail in connection with the case.

In response, the court ordered Avinash to attend thr CBI investigation everyday without fail till the 25th of this month.

The court has also issued interim orders on the anticipatory bail filed by Avinash Reddy. The court ordered the CBI not to arrest Avinash till the 25th of this month.

The court vowed to pass the final judgement on Avinash’s case on the 25th of this month. This comes days after Bhaskar Reddy’s arrest in connection with Viveka murder case.

On a related note, Avinash Reddy had been repeatedly alleging that Viveka had a second marriage and his daughter Sunitha is unable to process the same and is now seeking revenge in strange ways.

While the CBI has been clearly pointing fingers at Avinash, his father Bhaskar, and his henchmen, the YCP MP has been passing media statements on Viveka’s second marriage, and now, got anticipatory bail.
