Jagan Government Not Interested in Listening To Courts As Well?

Andhra Pradesh Government is facing contempt of court for trying to tamper the High Court and Supreme Court’s orders to remove party colors from the Government Buildings. This is a serious issue and the Government had unnecessarily got into.

However, Jagan Government seems to be not in the mood of correcting the mistake. Even after the court order, the Government continues to paint YSR Congress colors to some Government buildings in the state. It looks like the Government has taken the court orders lightly.

There are several photos of such paintings in the Newspaper every day. Initially, the State Government has spent 1,300 Crore to paint all the Government buildings in YSR Congress colors. The High Court categorically clarified that the Local Elections can not happen until the colors are changed.

The Government may need close to 1,500 Crore to change the colors completely. On the other side, Political Experts say that it is a farce that Party Colors on Government Buildings will translate into Votes.
