Jagan Govt Moves Another Case On Chandrababu

Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in the Skill Development case and was awarded a Judicial Remand for 14 days.

He is currently housed in Rajahmundry Central Jail.

Chandrababu’s lawyers are trying to move Bail petition to get him out.

Meanwhile, Jagan Mohan Reddy seems to be hellbent on keeping Chandrababu in jail.

The Government is moving another case on Chandrababu to ensure there is a possibility of arresting him once again.

Andhra Pradesh Government filed another petition in Vijayawada ACB Court.

The Government has requested for a PT Warrant to be issued in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road Case. AP Government requested the court to allow the interrogation of the former Chief Minister.

This move of the Government makes it more clear that this is nothing but Vendetta Politics.

This is the same modus operandi used against TDP Former MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar. Chintamaneni used to be arrested in another case if he got bail in one case. He was jailed for months together like that.
