YS Jagan’s case posted to a different date

The arguments on Quid Pro Quo Case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy were supposed to begin today but the CBI Special court posted the case to August 11th due to the discharge motion field by Hetero, one of the accused in the case. Former ministers Sabitha Indra Reddy, Dharmana Prasada Rao and Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao, some senior IAS officers and industrialists who are among those appeared in the court.

CBI has filed 10 charge sheets involving various private firms and individuals alleging that they have invested several crore rupees in Jagan’s businesses, as part of quid-pro-quo arrangement in exchange for alleged favours by the erstwhile YS Rajasekhara Reddy Government between 2004 and 2009. These allegations and cases had a very significant effect on YS Jagan’s political journey so far. The young politician and leader of opposition in AP Assembly wants to clear these cases as soon as possible and come out of this mess.
