Viveka Case: Court Issues Notices to PA

In former minister Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case, PA Krishna Reddy has got a severe jolt. Krishna Reddy had filed a case on YS Sunita, Rajasekhara Reddy and CBI SP Ram Singh. Now, the Pulivendula police have declared that it is a wrong case.

The final report in this case was submitted to the Court by DSP Murali Naik. In 2023, Krishna Reddy had filed a case saying SP Ram Singh was beating him mercilessly in the name of enquiry and that Sunita and her husband were also harassing him to talk in favour of them.

Following Court orders, the Pulivendula DSP enquired 23 witnesses over a span of four months. Finally, they came to a conclusion that case on Sunita, Rajasekhara Reddy and Ram Singh was false. Now the police have issued notices to Krishna Reddy.

Krishna Reddy had filed a case giving in to pressure from YSRCP members, it is bein said. Those affected in the murder case, Sunita, Rajasekhara Reddy and Ram Singh were named in the case. Krishna Reddy approached the Court against the three of them.

Following this, Sunita filed a petition saying Krishna Reddy was accusing them falsely. The Court then ordered hearing on the case.

The Pulivendula DSP took up an enquiry and found from witnesses that the case was false and Krishna Reddy filed it due to pressure from YSRCP. The police submitted the final report in the Court. They issued notices to Krishna Reddy for filing a wrong case.
