The accused in the case, Erra Gangireddy, Shivashankar Reddy, Umashankar Reddy, Sunil Yadav, Y.S. Bhaskar Reddy, and Uday Kumar Reddy, were presented before the court by the police and were sent to Chanchalguda jail.

In connection with the trial, the CBI submitted the supplementary chargesheet in court. Two chargesheets have already been filed, and this is the third one. The CBI filed chargesheets against Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy, his father Bhaskar Reddy, and Uday Kumar Reddy.

The Supreme Court has granted a 30-day target for the CBI trial in the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy murder case. Previously, the Supreme Court had ordered the CBI to provide complete details of the case by June 30.

In the meantime, the CBI is expected to request the Supreme Court for an extension in the trial deadline, citing the ongoing CBI investigation. A petition will be filed in the Supreme Court seeking permission.

Furthermore, it is known that Sunitha Reddy submitted a petition to the Supreme Court opposing granting bail to Avinash Reddy. The Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for this petition on July 3rd.

The case slowed down drastically after bail to Avinash Reddy. There are doubts in the common people if this case will also be dragged forever like Jagan’s cases.
