YSR Congress Making a Joke of Itself?

About a year ago, it was said that YSR Congress had started scouting for land in an apt location for the Andhra Pradesh head quarters of the party in the Capital Region of the state. The location was not finalized since then and the party continues to operate from Hyderabad even after the interim secretariat began its operation in Velagapudi.

On the other side, Former Tirupati MLA, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy ridiculed the state government for not even beginning the construction of the capital even as the foundation stone for the capital was laid long ago. But then Bhumana could not answer how the location for a Simple Party Office can not be confirmed in a year but the government had to finish a Mega City construction in a year.

Amaravati Capital City had to cater the needs of generations to come and so needs extensive planning that can not happen in a hurry. On the other side, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in his Dussehra Special Interviews went on to say that he is planning to bring in a shape to the capital by the time of the next Vijaya Dasami.
