YSR Congress MP arrested

mithun-reddy-arrested YSR Congress Rajampeta MP Midhun Reddy was arrested in the case of slapping an airport manager couple of months ago. Midhun Reddy was absconding since then and his anticipatory bail petition is also rejected by the court. Midhun Reddy and his follower (also the accused in the case) were detained by authorities at Chennai airport.

They handed over them to Tirupati Police. They were produced before Sri Kalahasti Judicial First Class Magistrate and were sent to 14 days custody. Midhun Reddy also evaded Police interrogation and on the same grounds, his anticipatory bail is rejected.

Now he will have to move to the court for bail. YSR Congress Chandragiri MLA, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy also got arrested in the same case and he was later out on bail. This is one incident which even attracted national wide attention placing YSR Congress in the dock.
