YS Sharmila is set to embark on her fresh political journey in Andhra Pradesh as she is taking charge as the Andhra Pradesh Congress president tomorrow. She is on her way to Idupulapaya, where she will offer prayers at the YSR Ghat.
An interesting sight was seen at the Shamshabad Airport as Sharmila left on a special flight to Kadapa as she was accompanied by KVP Ramachandra Rao and Raghuveera Reddy.
KVP, who very rarely made an appearance all these years after YSR’s death appears to be making a comeback with Sharmila’s entry in AP politics now. He was seen on stage at the engagement ceremony of Sharmila’s son recently. And today, he is alongside Sharmila while she is on her way to YSR Ghat.
KVP was popularly regarded as the shadow of YS Rajasekhar Reddy as he used to always be by his side and even served as the chief advisor to the late CM then. But after YSR’s passing, KVP stepped aside from politics as the efforts to side with Jagan failed badly due to the monopoly attitude of the YCP chief.
And now, KVP appears to have found a suitor in YS Sharmila who is on the mission of reviving Congress in AP.
