YSRCP’s Shortcut to Eliminate Kodela Threat?

We have seen Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for becoming restless on Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao. Jagan went on to even put up a no confidence motion on Speaker immediately after a no confidence motion on the government, there by creating history. Jagan is at loggerheads with Speaker alleging favouring TDP in Assembly and sitting on disqualification petitions of the defected MLAs.

The party lodged an official complaint with Election Commission demanding disqualification of Kodela. We know that Kodela while speaking about increasing election costs, went on to say how he had to spend 11 Crore in the last elections and called for people to restrain from accepting money for votes.

A contingement of YSR Congress leaders met State Chief Election Commissioner, Bhanwarlal and lodged complaint on Kodela. We will have to see if this complaint will stand and if Election commission takes action on Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker.
