YSR Congress Named in Tuni Violence Case

YSR Congress MLA, Dadisetty Raja is named in Tuni violence case as the one who abetted violence that day after Kapu Gharjana meeting with an intention to create caste tensions in the state and bring law and order issues. Fearing arrest, Raja approached Hyderabad High Court and got anticipatory bail.

The YSR Congress MLA is fearing a possible arrest and got the bail to avert it. In the court, Raja’s counsel said that government tried to corner him because he is an MLA from Opposition party. But then government counsel informed the court that Police managed evidence about his involvement.

High Court issued anticipatory bail for the MLA but told that the case will proceed accordingly.
