Even though they were expecting it, YS Sharmila’s maiden speech as AP Congress President hit YSR Congress harder than expected. YSR Congress leaders and cadres were seen struggling to digest Sharmila’s criticism of Jagan.

From trying to woo the Christian voters to criticizing Jagan for being completely anti-development, Sharmila emerged as one of the bitter critics of Jagan Mohan Reddy right on the first day.

Immediately after that, YSR Congress tried to cook sentiment drama on social media saying that Sharmila is a lovable sister of Jagan and how she is humiliating him.

Suddenly, they also started dropping ‘YS’ from Sharmila’s name and calling her Morusupalli Sharmila.

Morsupalli is the surname of Sharmila from Brother Anil Kumar’s side. But Sharmila did not drop ‘YS’ from her name and she is referred to as YS Sharmila right from the day she became public after Jagan got arrested.

She was YS Sharmila when on good terms with Jagan and has become Morusupalli Sharmila now in a bid to deny YS legacy and Reddy name.

All the tweets of YSR Congress’s social media wings on Sharmila are being tagged with the hashtag #Morusupalli Sharmila.
