For the last few weeks, it is being rumoured that Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has been signed up to play the female lead in this movie. However, the makers didn’t give any official announcement. Meanwhile, Janhvi’s father Boney Kapoor confirmed the news.
Speaking in a recent interview, Boney said that Janhvi will soon start a film with Ram Charan. With this confirmation, Janhvi now has two Tollywood biggies in her hand, Devara and #RC16. If both films strike gold at the box office, Janhvi will be a top actress in Indian cinema, carrying the legacy of her mother, Sridevi.
