CID Vs Lokesh: Court Postpones Hearing

Andhra Pradesh CID officials have filed a petition in the ACB court seeking permission to arrest Nara Lokesh. However, the court inquired and stated that Lokesh should be given notice first.

The next hearing is adjourned to the 9th of the next month. The CID officials allege that Lokesh is threatening them in the name of the Red Book and mentioned that his comments were against the provisions of 41A. Despite this, the court postponed the hearing, citing the need to serve personal notices to Lokesh.
