
YS Bhaskar Reddy, who is facing charges in the murder case of former minister YS Viveka, has been granted interim bail.
The CBI court granted him conditional interim bail till November 30. He was ordered to surrender at the Chanchalguda Jail at 10.30 a.m. on December 1.
Also, Bhaskar Reddy surrendered his passport in the court. He is directed that his address details should be given to the court and CBI.
The CBI must also be informed about the treatment he is undergoing. He is also directed not to meet anyone except family members. It is known that YS Bhaskar Reddy is on escort bail since September 20. Recently the CBI court issued orders converting this bail to interim bail.
