Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and director Mani Ratnam reunited after three decades for the film Thug Life. The project was announced a few of months ago and it hit the floors today.
Announcing that the film’s shoot has begun today, Madras Talkies tweeted, “An epic tale of power, rebellion, and triumph. #ThugLife shooting starts today! #ThugLifeShootBegins.”
Thug Life features Aishwarya Lekshmi, Joju George, Gautam Karthik, Dulquer Salmaar and Trisha in the other key roles. AR Rahman is composing the music for it. Raajkamal Films International, Madras Talkies and Red Giant Movies are jointly bankrolling the project.
