Netflix has announced the digital premiere date for the Tamil film Iraivan, featuring Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara in lead roles. The movie will be available for streaming on October 26, less than a month after its theatrical release on September 28.
Iraivan was highly anticipated and promised a spine-chilling serial killer drama based on its trailer. However, the film received poor reviews upon its release, with criticism directed at its slow pace and weak screenplay.
It was dubbed in Telugu as God. Despite high expectations, the film underperformed at the box office in both Tamil and Telugu. Iraivan will be available for streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
