Nizamabad Urban: Candidate Ends Life By Suicide

Yamaganti Kannayya Goud (36), a candidate in the Telangana election, tragically took his own life in Nizamabad. He was a resident of Sainagar.

Family members rushed him to Nizamabad Government Hospital, but the doctors declared him dead. It was reported that Kannayya Goud’s mobile was hacked, and he was threatened by unidentified individuals who demanded money and threatened to harm him if he didn’t comply.

Disturbed by the situation, Kannayya Goud chose to end his life. He had recently filed his nomination as an MLA candidate for the Nizamabad Urban constituency, running on behalf of the Alliance of Democratic Reforms Party.
