The recent Tamil film Lover was released last Friday and garnered a good response at the box office. The film was dubbed as True Lover in Telugu. However, the Telugu version is not having a great run as expected. Meanwhile, we have an update about its OTT release.
According to the Kollywood reports, Disney+ Hotstar bought the digital rights of Lover. It is stated that the film will premiere on March 8, four weeks after its theatrical release. However, the official announcement from the makers is yet to be out.
Lover features Manikandan and Sri Gowri Priya in the lead roles. Prabhuram Vyas has directed the film. Nazareth Pasilian, Magesh Raj Pasilian, and Yuvaraj Ganesan have jointly bankrolled the project.
