PIL In Supreme On Jagan’s Vizag Shift

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Supreme Court against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s decision to shift to Vishakapatnam. A social worker approached the Apex Court saying that the Chief Minister is trying to shift the capital in disguise of the Camp office in Vizag.

The petitioner informed the court that the capital shift is an issue of subjudice and that for the Chief Minister to shift to Vishakapatnam without the court’s permission is contempt of the court.
