Revanth Reddy: No More Agitation Cases

The police department in Telangana has made a surprising decision to drop cases against activists from the region. Telangana’s Director General of Police (DGP) has instructed all district SPs and Commissioners to provide information on cases involving Telangana activists up to June 2, 2014.

Furthermore, orders were given to compile details of cases from the Malidasa Telangana Movement in 2009 until June 2, 2014. This directive indicates that the state government intends to withdraw the cases against Telangana activists. This move signifies a significant step by the government towards reconciliation and potentially fostering better relations within the Telangana community.
