
Multiplexes market themselves as clean and safe environments for enjoying movies, but there are instances where some of these establishments fall short in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Recently, a woman discovered a spoiled samosa at a multiplex in Vijayawada.
Getting into the incident, the lady had visited the multiplex to watch a movie recently. During the intermission, she purchased samosas for herself and her family. As she was about to take a bite, a foul odour emanated from the samosa. Upon closer inspection, she found it to be spoiled.
This prompted her to confront the theatre management about the issue, and she also shared a video of the incident on social media, which quickly gained widespread attention. In response, the theatre management claimed that the lady caused a disturbance in the theatre, even though they had agreed to replace the samosa and refund her money.
