Why Delay In Jagan‘s Cases: SC Asks CBI

The Supreme Court asked the CBI why they were taking so long to investigate YS Jagan’s cases and sent a notice to the CBI about it.

Narsapur MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju had already filed a petition in the Supreme Court, expressing concern about the delay in investigating Jagan’s illegal assets case. He requested the Court to move the case investigation to another state.

Today, the Supreme Court heard the petition and wondered why Raghurama’s transfer request was not examined. It also sent notices to the defendants in Jagan’s illegal assets case. The hearing has been rescheduled for January.
